You can try slimming it down below 2MB by cutting out every second frame and making each frame last twice as long, or if you still want to use the complete file photobucket you can post a direct link to the image instead of the link embedded inside of a page. Deviantart will let you house extremely large pictures for free but I don't think they allow direct links. Anyway, you've got options.
