Nah this doesn't appear to be scoliosis. Scoliosis is lateral curvature of the spine like this http://www.niams.nih.gov/Health_Info/Scoliosis/images/curvedspine.gif This woman looks to have a ridiculously advanced case of kyphosis.

This isn't NSFL. It warrants a disclaimer, but not NSFL. NSFL is a person getting beheaded with a chainsaw. NSFL is an airshow disaster where kids got cut in half by the shrapnel and are still alive. NSFL is a couple kids killing a guy with a hammer.

NSFL is not a tag to be overused. NSFL should be reserved for extreme cases of gore or otherwise extremely fucked up content, not somebody born with a horrible deformity. If this is NSFL to you then so are conjoined twins.
