I had a second cousin that had a ranch in nowhere Montana. Back before I was born he had a van with a wood burning stove in the back. It had a heater, but when the temperature gets to -30 or so, that just don't cut it. He also had a second door that led to the roof to make it easier to dig the front door out when it got buried in snow.

I actually thought of doing this to my old van. I had plans on putting a desk in it along with all the things I needed to run it like a small office for school. I thought this would be a great idea because then I wouldn't have to come home in between classes and get drunk.
