They seriously didn't edit Jar Jar out?

I'm from the deep south and I found him offensive. He wasn't funny, silly, sweet, cool, hip or neato. He was flat-out offensive.

The trade-alliance guys were also chinese sterotypes.

How can a guy raised in the deep south who:

• Wears no shoes. (sandals in the snow if I have to)

• Thinks spicy fried chicken and sweet iced tea is a religious experience.

• Sits on my front porch, barefoot, eating my chicken.

• Used to be a trucker

• If you have to fill out paperwork -anywhere- at -any time- it's a government conspiracy

• Eats Catfish drenched in jalapeno sauce at least once a week

• Thinks the Confederacy was pretty awesome (they would have been forced to give up slavery in a few years anyway by economic pressures from the cotton buyers in europe)

I believe all these things and still I'm offended by Jar Jar's 'step and fetch it blackface routine'
