In the Finnish language, there's a term for if you are really ticked off: "Kasvaa kyrpä otsaan" / "Puhkeaa kyrpä otsaan". Literally: Grow a dick on your forehead / dick bursts from your forehead. I think this picture encompasses the meaning nicely for that, too.

gross! When I was 17 i worked for a dermatologist and had to take one of these to get biopsied next door at a hospital, it was only 6.5 inches though. The lady who had it removed missed it when it was gone as she had it growing in her back for about 20 years. If I remember right it's a wart that is left alone and allowed to grow and at this point malignant.
