Uh...that's not Jimi Hendrix. I'm assuming you know that, and this is a joke, but in case you're serious:

Jimi Hendrix died in 1970. Bob Marley wasn't internationally known until after his first Island Records release (Catch A Fire) which came out three years later. He was known in Britain, a little, for some of the early Wailers releases, but not outside of the tiny reggae audience at that point.

Even if there was somehow an overlap and they did meet (extremely unlikely), that photo was taken waaaaay after 1970. Look at Bob's hair. Based on the size of that tam, he has long dreads at that point. At the time of Catch a Fire (which, remember, came out a few years after Hendrix died), his dreads were incredibly short, basically just a nappy afro.

I'm guessing this photo was taken no earlier than 1977 (at which point Hendrix was already dead for seven years), but more likely between '78-'80.
