Fake, it's a viral ad. It's supposed to be one of those talent shows, but guys there speak in russian in the original video. There were no such talent shows in russia when this was released, but they were getting popular in US and UK.

I'll find it hard for Snopes to be wrong due to something being in another language. Even if it was all in Russian, there has to have been a bilingual person who has written the explanation of the video up in English.

It was all clearly explained here few months ago by some Russian guy. It was a viral marketing campaign for that drink. The guy takes the can from one of the judges.

If you play seconds 51-55. The assistant comes over to the judge nearest the camera. It cuts to the judge (54s) he doesn't have anything in his hands, the camera changes and the judge can be seen holding white paper on the right edge of the frame as the assistant takes the can (55s-56s))
