I think it's the A of Anarchism. The red color and the circle intend to proove it. Giving a symbol to Atheism would be meaningless. I think.
Yeah, I don't think so. Google "Atheist A" and you get a red A, or an "A" in a circle. The brain is also held down by religious symbols. That's my take on it.

I think that the bar below the "A" forms A and T like ATheism. I think. If it was Anarchy I think the A would exceed the circle. I think.
