Even if this were real, it's not an actual skin graft. They would have to first remove his skin THEN sew in the grafted skin. Of course it doesn't really matter since the body would end up rejecting the tissue anyways. So basically he's sewn soon to be(if not already) rotting flesh on top of his face. Good for a freaky photo but I'm sure it would have been promptly removed afterwards.
