I remember playing this on the PSX. Goddamn me, my brother and my freind would play this ALL THE FRIGGIN TIME! My friend would play as the saucer, I'd play as Loki. Damn, I loved using those missiles since they'd send him running all the time. XD

a sequal of Twisted Metal is due for release next month. If it is succesful it will make an IP like vigililante 8 relevant again. I suggest you buy it.

I remember playing Vigilante 8: 2nd offense on my Dreamcast when it came out. My friend and I would play it constantly and we had a blast. I tried playing it again with my friend and we realized...man that game isn't that good, it doesn't stand the test of time. It gave us more frustration than enjoyment.

This game was the shit but I dont think I can play it anymore, with age and the industry evolving it just feels weird now. I played golden eye a couple months ago with friends splitscreen and man that game as far as Im concerned does not hold up. A relative of mine, who worked for Activision when they were developing this game, told me a funny story about the school bus they used for this commercial:

When they were delivering the school bus to the shoot, they had to tow it for obvious reasons. He said that when people saw the charred, mangled bus on the back of a trailer on the freeways of LA, they often called news/police/schools out of panicked concern.
