First pull the tip and secure with film cut 2mm in width so that you can piss without leakage (???)

You can use a thin piece of surgical tape as well but I find it doesn't work so well. If you don't care then its up to you.

While making sure that your balls don't drop back down pull the tip down tightly and secure temporarily with surgical tape. ** Some people prefer to the 'Moriman' method of pulling it down tightly while others do not.*** (Some people can even push their member into themselves) (?!?!? WTF)

Pull skin from the sides and 'tuck' it together. Use your own discretion.

Using glue and temporary surgical tape slowly elongate the length of the tuck. This is an important point.

The objective is to make a clear 'line'. It will take some time and practice to get this right but it is important to do this part properly for good results.

If you cannot cover the whole area in one piece of film, use more pieces cut to size.

About the 'film' Its called protector film. You are able to cut it according to however you like. (I'm gonna skip this part, basically he's saying you need to be careful or it will get wrinkly and not to take a shower with it and that it can only be used once)

Other tapes do not work as well as this film. I prefer this method because there's less irritation etc. I cannot guarantee that this method is particularly good for you or your body. Please be careful.

These sequences show how to cover the bits cleanly. I recommend using smaller bits of film to fine tune the whole thing.

Finally I will show you my technique for the tip. Secure the tip with tape. Cut a hole in the film strip like so and apply to the area. If you are experiencing pain or irritation make the tape looser before putting on the film. Try to keep the general shape of the 'tuck' consistent.
