This is what happens when the fucking designers put shoes on the models that don't fit, because they can't be arsed to bring more than one or two sizes in each shoe. Combine shoes that are a size too big or small with six inch heels and yeah, shit like this happens. Far too often.

I remember this show. This girl twisted both of her ankles and was out of work for weeks.
