Urgh...no. You're right. I actually don't care much and I'm happy people are using the gif that I made [looks at clock] 9 hours ago. But getting the source wrong is just...no. I AM THE ORIGINAL ARTIST. sigh And here again the proof is on my tumblr. This keeps happening... It's not even on faceswap... :C

The reason I do have it now is because some other OP is really raking my karma without crediting at all, thus stealing. Not that I mind other people using the gif for fun, that's what it was made for, but I do like being credited now and then, and correctly too. c;

Bc Ok. One they sourced the "original artist" wrong, that would be me. Secondly, I don't mind the gif being used, but just getting credited incorrectly is just saddening. I:>

actually, for people who make gifs, it generally is that way. or at least, they don't want people to take the gif, and then take credit for it. but the OP didn't do that way haha.

It's still a compliment to know that your work is enjoyed by others, but if there is a source available to link back to it would be courteous to include it. If someone really appreciates work by another, it would make sense for them to want to honor the creator by giving them credit.

To be honest, I'm not that bothered by it, because things like this happen all the time and it isn't that big of a deal. However, my friend (the creator of this gif) seems a bit upset. I can't describe how she feels in detail because I'm not her, so all of that was just my two cents.

That guy is Nigel Thornberry, from the show The Wild Thornberrys. His character is pretty funny because of the way he speaks and conducts himself, and I guess people are putting him into Disney gifs because it's amusing and unexpected to see his face pop up.
