It was "art", it was done by an artest and is not really a transplant. I can not find the "artest's" site but he has some fucked up stuff. However a real dog head was used.

No way this is real. They simply overlaid the snout on top of his existing skin. To graft it, they would have to remove his skin and replace it with the dog's. And then after all that the body would reject the graft. Creepy photo for even a furry. Can't tell if it's a photoshop, sewn onto a wax face, of if someone actually did this knowing it would still decay.
