Don't stop watching once you see the green dot, they actually start disappearing if you watch even longer. Wait even more and they show up again.

EDIT: if you think the gif changes, just look at the outside, rather than the plus sign and you'll see it doesn't change. I've had a few of my buddies think it was changing once they started looking at it.

From what i see it really shouldn't matter where on the gif you concentrate. I looked at the bottom right corner and the green dot still appeared and the the rest start to disappear
