Yes, however.....money talks and the U.S. dollar is still strong and given the right preparations, the right amount of connections and enough money, you can skip those 6 "cautionary tales" and basically raise your middle finger towards the tyrants in the U.S. government. As long as you're not a felon/criminal/terrorist, and as long as the only reason you're leaving the U.S. is for conscientious objector status (you object to the tyrants and traitors in our government and how much they have ruined America over the past 20-30 years), the chances of the IRS or anyone else for that matter spending all that money to extradite you back is slim to none. I'm sure the actual "law" may be different, but since the laws don't apply to the tyrants in power, they sure as fuck don't apply to me, especially since my fucking hard earned tax dollars are being used by the tyrants in power to persecute me (average John Citizen). The ONLY problem you will have (if you have enough money) in a foreign country (like anywhere in Europe) is the fact that gasoline costs something like $15/gallon. But if you got enough money to outright walk away from this shit hole and never come back, then I suppose you got enough money to spend $15/gallon on gas.
