I remembered being "good" at Taekwondo as a child, only to have video evidence emerge years later proving otherwise.

It did not look terribly unlike this clip, except I kept falling down and you could hear my relatives shouting "get up DerBafog!"

The movements signify the careful choices we have to make in our adult lives to keep ourselves, and our loved ones, safe in the face of danger and uncertainty.
