One does not merely post a picture of ones Queen. One must first sanitize the internet area around the image. Then, when the area is clear of 4Chan, one must ask Her Majesty, graciously of course, via telegram, if the aforementioned image may be posted. Once she says yes, you must then, and only then, press 'Save', if she says no, hang your head in shame and walk away.
