There is a difference between informing people and beating a dead horse my friend. Most people either know there are dangers and abide by those standards OR they know there are dangers and don't give a crap. The factor is that this person made two, count them with me, two posts about how feeding a cat a burger in an old ass picture without even looking it up OR even looking at other commenter's posting within this thread as a red flag that this may not be real tell me that this person is just wanting to rage to rage. If they have time to write two posts, they have time to fact check. It is not like Google is in the next office. It is readily accessible right in front of their face. They aren't trying to informative. They are trying to feel better about themselves to make someone else feel small.

I had made mention that this particular person had made two comments. One of which wasn't as "informative". This is this person's other quote: "The fact that your comment was downvoted (when you are quite right) confirms your statement. Is there a reddit alternative? I tried going back to digg, big mistake. Stumbleupon requires sign-in just to browse and Delicious seems lacking and as though it takes itself too seriously. While I enjoy some subreddits, I really don't like this big recent push for customized web content, I want a standard site where I can learn and see things outside my regular genres.

No matter how this situation is to be flipped, it's pure bullshit. This person is experiencing false outrage because they are going off half cocked without the whole story and couldn't be bothered to inform themselves. So, their proper response is to rage with another group of people that probably think this is real and the OP owns the cat. They carry on by spouting off about how horrible, awful and cruel people are for enjoying this picture. Then to follow that up, proceed to tell the OP how they are fucking up a cat that doesn't even belong to them and giving them "information". It was also information that the OP never asked for.
