This guy could sing too. If you've never listened to Frank please do yourself a favor and youtube some of his songs.

I understand he probably isn't your "style" right now, but listen to the singing. Listen to the quality of his voice and tone. Rarely a man or woman comes around on this Earth that has the quality in voice that this gentleman does.

If he still isn't your style, check back in 20 years and give him another listen.

Frank was one of the last singers when singing was still the main instrument. Shortly after that the "total sound" of the music became the main attraction rather than the vocals. Don't get me wrong, I love my metal, rocks and blues but you can't deny these signers had a crazy amount of talent. The song needed to solely depend on them, not a guitar.

Personally, I like Elvis's voice better but that's just personal opinion. A good comparison for the different voice qualities is the song "my way" which was done by both Frank and Elvis. Frank is awesome though and he will always be.

Alcohol is a drug, just like cocaine, heroin, marijuana, or caffeine. It happens to be sanctioned by western culture, but that does not make it a superior drug. In fact, any self-respecting doctor will tell you that alcohol is far more dangerous than marijuana. I personally think that in the US we have an unhealthy attitude towards alcohol, which is encouraged by celebrities, from LMFAO and Katy Perry all the way back to Frank Sinatra (RIP). Sinatra's music was awesome; let's remember him for that, and not for his unhealthy drinking habit.
