I think people are more invested in game developers than the movie studios, and probably also see it as a bigger issue. With music perhaps the little money an artist gets per sold album is involved, dunno.

I'm generally buying and pirating, so kind of in the grey but I really don't see why there would be huge change of heart from from being anti-sharing to sharing from games to music.

Perhaps because we have shared music since before the tape recorder, and movies since the old VHS days; but I kind of feel the same as I remember how local radio shows here in Sweden would send out c64 games over the waves for you to copy down and play.
