Hey, hey guys.

What's with this "Doctor Who" thing I keep hearing about?

Last I heard it was some old black and white british tv show, and now people on the internet are liking it?

I'm not going to watch it, just in case they're fucking with me. I can't take them seriously.

People like tv shows. Some shows are aimed towards children. It seems almost irrational and stupid to assume they're faking it because it doesn't fit society's norm.

I wasn't sure either until I discovered the show has had Doctor Who and Big Lebowski inspired ponies. Then I got it.

I would be happy to! My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is the latest generation of the popular show and toy line and was produced for Hasbro's Hub television network. The program is completely different in tone and art style from the older generations and is produced by many experienced animators and writers who have worked on everything from Samurai Jack to Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends to the Iron Giant. 4chan's comics and cartoons board first noticed the show last year for its sharp writing and crisp animation. It is like a Pixar movie in that anyone can enjoy it. Bronies are also talented and industrious and are always producing art, music and videos. Here are some of my favorite:

I actually posted this comment a couple days ago in response to a pony post. I was genuinely curious. I checked some videos and read your FAQ. Decided that it still all seemed kinda dumb (and a little weird) to me but hey, you aren't hurting anyone so you guys go ahead and pony the fuck out of each other. Just because I don't understand or agree with something, who am I to prevent or judge others that do.

I beg to differ, I like ponies and I am neither a man nor a child. However, as a lady, I'd be happy to invite you to watch it sometime with our little group. The animation is really very nice and the character development is absolutely splendid.

Yes. Near the end of a gladiator fight, the man who funded it would give either a thumbs up or a thumbs down. The thumbs down meant that the gladiator pinning down the other must spare him and the thumbs up meant kill him.
