It's a man dressed as spider man reenacting the train scene with kids. He's probably playing with the kids, and the kids seemed to be enjoying it. Someone took a photo to commemorate it. I used to play with my cousins, acting out different things to get them to laugh. It's all in their imagination. Not really anything WTF about it.

LOL. YOU DONT REMEMBER TEH TRAIN SCENE? No but seriously? It actaully IS from the spiderman 2 movie. Its when Spiderman stops the train from going off a broken track. He saves everyone one the train. His mask gets ripped off (I cant remember why) and then right before he falls, someone grabs him and they crowd surf him and lay him down and see his face, and theyre all like "he's just a boy" and "hes gotta be around the same age as my son" and then Spiderman wakes up and is like "fuck! my mask!!" theyre all like "dont worry, we'll keep your secret" Its actaully a really great scene! It's so incredibly difficult for these mindless pop-culture devourers to fathom for just two seconds that not everyone knows this is a depiction of something else.. a scene in a Spiderman movie, I'm guessing. To them, this is obviously not very WTF, and that makes sense. But the very fact that their brains couldn't extrapolate the fact that some of us don't know this, couldn't fathom that some of us might not have seen whichever Spiderman movie this is from, or couldn't imagine how fucking bizarre this picture would be minus any familiar context, is, in of itself, pretty WTF.
