i don't understand guys who fail finals. college nowadays is pretty easy. all you REALLY need to do is fucking SHOW UP! show up stoned, show up with a mimosa, screwdriver or a flask in your hand. if you attend nearly all the classes you most likely will have a pretty hard time failing.

Not defending the kid, but I don't get that college is easier. Most college classes from the 80s are now highschool classes.

i wouldn't know. i only went to college in the 2000's i have a bfa and a bs and now i am getting my masters. i know there are always crazy classes or tough ones but generally if you fail all of your finals, thats at least 3 to 5 tests you did something terribly wrong. im assuming not attending class because thats the number one reason most kids fail college.

Damn what school did you go to, mine almost killed me it was so hard. Hiiiiggh ass standards for assignments and if you miss one you fail. Also if I miss a day, grade is lowered a whole grade. It sucked. I got my BFA though, after 6 fuckin years.

exactly. miss a class your grade goes down. idk about the high ass standards. it seems to me in art, the style is each to his own and hopefully professors recognize that, if not then you have to try to adapt to their style. art always takes time so yeah sometimes it can be viewed as hard but i enjoyed it, i did my assignments everywhere, in smoking circles or what not with friends often.

My degree wasn't actually fine art, was muuuuuch more strict than that (illustration has to do with a specific set of skills and professional standards). There was some variation with style but there are so many rules that you have to get right or else you fail an assignment. Sooo many panic attacks.

ugh now THAT will kill me. i have gone to every degree i could to avoid math classes. i dislike math very much. calculus was and will be my last math class. i worked so hard at that class only to get a C. =(

Come on man, you have to do essentially nothing all semester to fail every final/class, unless every single course you had was some kind of ultra advanced heavy shit. Which they probably weren't.

I know of only one person who has flunked every class of a semester. Out of 5 pretty easy classes, she didn't get a single credit. She's a crazy pill-popping booze-guzzling fuckup. Don't be like her. Get your shit together.
