EDIT: Not saying it's real, I'm no expert. Just that it could in fact happen under the right circumstances. Are these those circumstances? I don't know. Your link doesn't really prove your point, though.

Looks fake because right after the deer breaks cover there seems to be a little video stutter, but only with the deer. It literally looks like a few frames are missing to time the deer with the car. Ok, my gif sleuthing has earned me a PB&N sammich.
