I can't believe the comments in this thread. I think the costumes are reasonable (maybe even good) given the age of the participants, possible budget and time constraints. Without knowing that, it's really unfair to judge whether these costumes are that bad.

I would hate to be negative towards a bunch of kids who appreciate Star Wars and just threw something together because they thought it would be fun. Not everyone who dresses up are professional cosplayers.
