As long as we're clear on that. (The only reason I joined the Stormcloaks was because if the Empire won Talos worship would have gone away for good. You could argue that sooner or later they would have beaten the Aldmeri Dominion back and gotten strong again, but by that time Talos would be a distant memory. Plus, as a Breton I found great pleasure in kicking the asses of every damn elf I saw.)

It's closer to a malapropism.

The reason its not a portmanteau is because the constituents must be words which each contribute to the meaning. For example, backronym

backronym = backwards + acronym

and it refers to an phrase designed to fit an acronym (for example, STOCK act refers to Stop Trading On Congressional Knowledge). But the key here is that both parts are words. There's no -icious word that fits with cartel and can have any reasonable meaning.

Batman Combat and Animation System/Quality mixed with Skyrim world and environment/characters = BADASS if it ever were to happen

To be honest skyrim was terrible in several key ways for me: Gameplay was relatively basic and terrible, they concentrated too much on a UI system that was too complicated and useless for the time spent using it, and the animation and combat system was no where near what it "can" be if given the right amount of time.

Sure, they are different games, but games are about gameplay and RPG gameplay is pure boring, minus the "fantasy" factor that little kids and nostalgic adults enjoy about them. The things that turned me off of skyrim are how terrible the animations are for animals and how there was no direction in terms of gameplay when fighting, Batman has the best animations combined with gameplay fighting in melee combat that the world has ever seen.
