You can buy one. The type they sell/train to the public are called VIP/Executive Protection German Sheperds.

They usually sell for around 25,000-200,0000 dollars they of course come fully trained ready to command and fully obedient.

The price tag of course is derived from the level of training and purity of the breed.

Its a training exercise, the guy is wearing protective clothing. But anyone willing to shoot at a cop deserves far more than the dog.

These situations are often suicide attempts. They out them selves in situations where the police have no choice but to shoot them to stop them from harming others.
