Okay... How do I put this? This is a tragic case and I do feel terribly for both the child and his family for having to endure what must be overwhelming suffering as a consequence of the deformity. Dear OP,

I want to sincerely apologize. Despite being warned that this is NSFL, I clicked, as I can usually handle it. I find this so awful and repugnant that I've downvoted it to try and stop others from ever seeing it, for the greater good. It's a great post for WTF, so I feel bad about doing this, but I feel it must be done.

Imma find a bunch of other shit you posted and upvote it regardless of content to make up for it. Sorry again. I've never before downvoted a post that so effectively did what it set out to do in a manner appropriate for the subreddit.
