Little did he know that one day he would be engaged in the bloodiest battle in otter history.

Wartime photographers captured this stunning image as he watched his best friend die in a war they didn't even want to fight.

He hasn't been the same since. No more does he laugh like he did that day he was tickled by that nice human.

Now he is a loner. His wife finally left him because he was no longer supportive of her emotionally. Sure, he brought home a paycheck along with the government check for the bullet he took but it wasn't enough. His own daughter didn't even want to talk to him. She had started acting out in school as a cry for attention but he had none to give.

Now he sits on the park bench every day nursing a 1/5th and yelling at the pigeons. It's a damn shame.
