Earlier today I was using a riot shield in MW3 (because I'm a masochist) and had a teammate sit and watch while two enemies (with their backs to him) wasted their entire clips shooting at me. After three seconds of watching, he tossed a throwing knife at one of them, missed, then ran away, leaving me to be killed easily. Now I know he's a redditor.

The thing I hate is sneaking around and playing off a good location, making sure you aren't too close to the window such that your firearm sticks out for all to see... Then a teammate comes in and starts shooting wildly without a suppressor and gives off your location.

You know what we do? We pick a random player, and become their super loyal backup. Two of us in BF3 picked a person to befriend the other night. We healed them, gave them ammo, and followed them all over the map protecting them. We have mics between us, so we coordinate to make our n00b invincible. Maybe not everyone plays that way, but we do, and it's hilarious and fun.

Seriously, I suck. Horribly. In ET, it's taken me a month just to break 10k XP. But I fucking love FPS games. Open it up, shoot some shit up for 30 mins, and close it. Don't have to grind for 6 months to be able to do anything.

hahaha I used to play Call Of Duty on PS3, and I can confirm this. Although that backwards shotgun guy seems like it would be a new COD fad. I never understood all the hype with the shit kids come up with on that game and call 'skill'.

First it was 'no scoping' which involved literally just firing a sniper rifle without using the scope and hoping for a hit. The odds of a hit were significantly increased on consoles by having a better connection than everyone else (so aim assist works overtime).

After that it was 'Quick Scoping' which involved taking less than a second to tap the aim button and fire button in quick succession, which was really no better than no scoping, but at least when it fires, it is aiming somewhere. Same thing applied with connection.

Who knows what they came up with now. I can totally see backwards shotgunning though. People will be doing 360s off roofs, firing backwards and killing people.
