They are arguing. Not sure what is being said, but it obviously very vocal. In the original video a guy walks up and shows some sort of interest making sure everything is okay. The guy gives him a "yeah everything's fine" type motion, turns around back towards the girl, she says some words(obviously more upset) he kneels down charges the falcon punch....and punches her right in the cooter.

I know that may be very obvious, but I don't think anyone knows what is actually being said. There are also claims of it being fake.
