America doesn't run the world. If anything, america is the world's bitch, you fight all the wars and lose all the people, everyone sits back and collects money from you because you borrow to do it all.

America fights the wars for economic stability, stable oil prices, cheap labor, access by multinationals. Nobody gets rich investing in low interest bonds. Without America the economic system in place would collapse.

In Europe? Maybe. But only because the rich don't want to pay the taxes or foot the bill for their failed investments. Same with America. It isn't a difficult fix, but politicians have their talking points and will fight to the death apparently.
