that is a drug smuggler's boat. typically used between Morocco and Spain, the whole boat is loaded with hash bricks, boat can handle up to 2 metric tons of hash per load, considering you have to count 2 or three people on board plus some space for jerricans (those engines cant handle the round trip with one full tank at full speed.
