have you considered (mock) protesting in front of vaccination clinics claiming that by getting vaccinated, people support the theory of evolution (of viruses/bacteria)? Then we'll see if survival of the fittest really works.

I think I've seen this as a meme picture before, but... You sort of left out the part about repeated vaccinations for the "same" thing that imply evidence of evolution to begin with.
