I actually have no idea what it's supposed to mean (meaning-wise/significance), but the proper translation is Hard bass, It's a school of sausage. That clip reminded me of this

This video was done as a promotion for a Radio Record, St. Petersburg FM station's party. The guys in the video are DJs and promoters, as well as some other local celebrities. The unusual look is supposed to be a satire on the gopnik culture, Russian equivalent of chavs.

скоробогатый is parsed into 'Soon rich,' and doesn't seem to actually mean anything as a whole word. A name?

ведущий is 'leader' in this context

резидент гламурных клубов is 'resident of glamorous clubs'

I have no idea what that's supposed to mean.
