I do this sort of thing all the time at college. At least twice a month I see some ass parked up-side-down across two parking spaces, at least one of which being a handicapped spot. Out comes my paper and pen: "BAD JOB PARKING." Fold it up and tuck it in beneath the wind shield wipers.

I am half- blind myself- and I SHOULD take 2- spaces, to be courteous, but rarely do. I drive an older (but nice) 2 door Buick- and the doors ARE wide. Toss in Kansas winds and no 'ding' trim on new cars and you may get dents when parked next to me. It's hard to hang on to them loading groceries. Flame away- but it's unavoidable.
