actually, the temperature varies a lot even if its the same degree. for example, in sweden i go skiing once a year. its often 15- degrees celsius, and in that temperature, i wear a sweater ( dont need a jacket). BUT when im in gothenburg, its as hot as 15 degrees. and THEN i need a sweater. its actually all about the air density (which is regulated by the height above the ocean) so, its all about where you live. not about the temperature! with other words, mountain (15 degrees celsius) hot hot hot. ocean level ( same temperature ) cold.
