I made this by first modelling my head in 3DS max and texturing the model with my face. I then imported the model into papakura which unfolds the model and shows you how to build the paper craft version of it. Went to my local staples and printed off 35 pages. Took me almost forever to cut out, fold and glue everything together.

I actually made this lego head once. I ended up just cutting out the black portion of where the mouth is. In a dimly light room no one is really going to be able to tell where you see out of since there is no light shining out from inside the head.

I actually found a small box that fit my head that i mounted inside the lego head to help keep it stable.
