Looks like a frame or two of the MPEG4 stream got dropped. That file format has a part that describes what regions of the image move to where (so something moving but not changing shape can be compressed really well). So you're getting motion put on an image that doesn't correspond to it. That's also why you can see a Dwight outline in the background.
