It's definitely in the latter seasons, when Ari is being threatened with lawsuits for hostile work environments, harassment, and verbal assault. Babs makes him be nicer to some of the people at work, like the twin who had an affair with his twin's wife. The guy who he is firing here recently underwent a surgery of some kind, I don't recall specifically. Clearly, something happened and Ari stopped giving a shit. Hope that helps narrow your search.
