A monstrous woman with purple hair has a puppy, a bunny, and a kitty resting on her head. Behind her is a paisley pattern formed out of fetuses. An Alien-like mouth sprouts forth from her mouth. Her right arm is missing and has been replaced with a large, gnarly, bloody blade. Behind the blade is a golden cross with a winky-face which looks like it's being consumed by red tentacles. The woman's left arm is monstrously muscular, is shedding its skin, and ends in a clawed hand. Her bare chest is emblazoned with a swastika.

The woman's lower half is purely horrendous. Her belly opens up with a hideously-toothed maw, and her legs have been replaced with a turtle-like shell with thorny barbs. From her groin sprouts an enormous phallus which is about the size of the rest of her body. Upon her phallus are four little women, who are girlish with the exception of their big breasts and penises. They are making love with each other and caressing the phallus.

The phallus appears to be ejaculating rainbows and kittens. One of the kittens says "Hi".
