I live right across the street from this building. I can see the doors right where I'm sitting now, so no they are not photoshopped :)

The doors are a piece of art by Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann and has no real application (they don't actually lead to anywhere). They were recently taken down, but has now been reinstalled in a new white finish.
