I heard Nintendo started giving out gloves for people who bought the game because of the blisters. Not sure if it's true or not by seriously...fuck those minigames. My palm is burning just thinking about it.

Serious question: When playing against computer players, HAS ANYBODY EVER WON THE FUCKING TUG-O-WAR MINIGAME?

When I was a kid, no matter which side I was on, I could never fucking win. Every time I randomly decide to dust off Mario Party, it's still impossible. I'm 1/2 convinced the minigame's fucking broken...

Mario Party. This was a mini game where you had to rotate the analog stick faster than the other team. The bowser person got more pull per rotation than the other players but the team of three could easily pull him off. The reason for the gripes is because the most common method of rotating the the analog stick would be to place the center of your palm on it and make a circular motion as fast as you could. After about the fifth time this mini game would come up in a match you can imagine that it left people's palms a bit sore.

My mother became really concerned as to why I have sores all over my hand. I would always do it on different parts of my hand until I had blisters all over them.

Worth it.

Also, that fucking raft game, with one against three. That was the worst culprit.

For thumbstick rotation minigames. I would hold the middle prong with my left hand and use my palm to spin the stick. No blisters and I would win the majority of the time. feelsgoodman.jpg

Lol! I saw the picture and immediately looked at my palm. I remember using baseball gloves for those minigames after I ripped the shit out of my palm, but nothing worked better than your bare hand.
