I've just started D-AA (3g) - will be interesting to see if it works for a vegetarian on linear progress.

So far I've noticed that a) I feel more relaxed and b) hit a PR on Friday with squat/ohp/powercleans.

How long did you cycle it for?

What dose/cycle length did you use?

I've been thinking of playing around with D-AA for a while, but I'm too lazy to do any research. If my deep masculine voice and massive testicles are indicative of testosterone levels, then I should be alright without it, but I'm still kinda interested to see.

3.6g D-AA per day, just went for 21 days straight as that is the bottle (on day 17 at the moment actually). Triazole was at 4 pills a day (Proprietary blend, so I have no clue the exact amounts of Brassica, Chrysin, and Curcumin in it). DIM as anti-estrogen and lots of red onions + mushrooms in the diet since my resveratrol has been taking a long time in getting to me.

Resveratrol is insanely expensive. £120 for 100g.

How essential is an AI with D-AA? Opinions on Anabolicminds seemed split about 50:50 between them being essential and them just being marketing hype, and they're all expensive. £8 for 100g D-AA is quite reasonable though

Fuck, avoid dat dere resveratrol.

Anti-aromatases, when boosting test, are always a good idea. That being said, true aromatase inhibitors are only needed (true definition of the word) when doing a steroid cycle. D-AA is potent, but not steroid potent.

You might be able to get by, by just eating mushrooms and red onions everyday (Apigenin for the latter, no clue about the former). Perhaps look for Diindoylmethane (DIM)? Its usually cheaper and a good anti-estrogen.

Or for the latter, eat brassica veggies.

Awesome, cheers. Diindolylmethane seems to be a far more sensible price for tabs, and if the dose in brassica veg is acceptably high I should be fine anyway. Between spinach, broccoli and kale, I must be eating far more than most people.

What's a decent dose for DIM? Tabs seem to be 100mg as standard, Examine says 'cellular concentration of 10uM' whateverthefuckthatmeans, the rest of the internet say that it varies then tries to sell me some. And any idea how much is in broccoli?

That means I found the concentration that works in cellular studies, and forgot to translate that to an oral dosage. :/

No clue about the broccoli dose though, I cannot find any sources on I3C or DIM in particular (I3C == precursor to DIM)

Well I'm considering the D-AA and that kind of review is...interesting.

I have to wonder, do you think that you might experience fairly reduced results in general simply because you're already quite big? Not to say you've maxed out your growth potential but you might be reaching a fairly simple point at which an adjustment in hormone balance might not provide noob-style gains.

Two things come to mind at the moment:

  • Yes, if noob gains are exaggerated gains due to the novice effect than it is most likely the inverse will be true; although not a 100% rule, it does seem to be the case with elite athletes that each year brings less improvement

  • I don't think I would be near the point where I would get little to no gains though; only 190 at 9-10%. Thats good, but its not near human limits

Well for what it's worth I'm weighing options. I might do a few cycles of D-AA but I'm also considering the prospects of a steroid cycle. I'm looking in to it now, I'm going to try and figure out the costs, the precautions, particular drugs I'm looking for and so on. As far as I can tell that might make me the first jerker to openly use juice so I'd like to be as controlled and informative the experience as I can be.

I just wanna know what I can expect from either of them and then weigh the expectations against the results.
