This shit makes me sick. The hotel I worked at used to (might still do) host a thing similar to this. The sales director fucking HATES that event so much. She was making some nasty remarks about it to me and I agree with her. The mothers of those little girls are some of the most ruthless, competitive, obsessive pricks I've ever met in my life. All these little toddler girls running around looking like miniature hookers creeped me the fuck out. But, of course, money unfortunately talks and given the economy we can't reasonably turn an event like that away because it brought in a lot of these people and rented out the banquet space.
