Not that it really adds anything since it's all rather banal, but here's a translation. I'm Not really sure if the one being licked's "oooh"s and "aaah"s are supposed to be terror or pleasure. The hearts suggest pleasure, probably some sort extreme master/slave dynamic. It appears that they're both supposed to be female as well.

Panel 1

  • Mmm...Cute eyeball. It's so deliciously fresh and firm. (note: uses "purippuri," often used to describe the pleasing resilience of fish eggs)
  • Aaaaah <3 Lick it... You can lick it more.. It's your's... My whole body is yours! (note: uses "o-nee sama" to refer to licker, very respectful language, might be better to translate as "master" instead of "your" to keep some of the power dynamic connotation in natural English)

Panel 2

  • Well then, give me one of them.
  • Aaa! M.. My eye! You'll (master will) take away my eye <3 (note: actual sentence is passive, but "my eye will be taken away by you" sounds way too awkward in English)

Looking at the picture, I thought the black haired one (the licker) was a dude, but the term used to refer to the licker is "お姉様” o-nee sama, which literally translates as an honorific way to say "older sister." "O-nee *san**" is also used to to address female strangers who aren't old enough to call "おばさん” *obasan (aunt), but the sama attached to this indicates that the licker is much higher status than the lickee. Without more context, I don't really know why they're rolling with the status difference, so I assumed it was part of the whole S&M vibe they've got going on.

Oh, god I can not get over how much I hate Japan. Every time I see anything having to do with modern Japanese culture I fucking throw up in my mouth. Fuck everything about Japan. Pokemon included.
