This took place at Taupo Bungy in New Zealand. They were probably busy that day and weren't in the mood for her bullshit.

The man you see is most likely the bungee instructor. He pushed her off of the rail because there have been numerous cases of bungee jumpers getting second thoughts mid jump, and reaching to grab on to the closest thing (often the instructor), and this can lead to some bad things.
