yeah... i got a bunch of junk so i stopped reading it... and then something about how my fees changed and i didn't pay enough tuition, and i didn't read that. and then i had a late charge, got all my classes dropped, and lost all my classes for that quarter. sucked.

Ive worked in Student before.When you owe money we email you weekly. Sometimes students call months later why are they in collections and we never told them they had a balance, and we say check your email.

Next, we need students to sign a promissory note which is through their email to get their aid disbursed. Many ignore this email and then get pissed when the aid doesnt pay.

What sort of junk do you guys get? 4th week of uni starts tomorrow and the most spammy email so far have been warnings about putting up posters at halls (lol, ignored that) and two separate emails about dyslexia/ dyspraxia.
