That's not true, there has been some correlation of certain ethinicities in certain countries having different averages than others in the same countries. I believe Jackinworld has some statistical data on it, according to a collection of studies. The average for white males in the USA, according to the info, was 5-5.6. I don't remember any other numbers, but I know that Brazillians, Australians and those of African descent had higher average sizes, and oriental males has a slightly lower average than white males. Something like 4.5 to 5. To say that there's no correlation between races and penis sizes is like saying there's no correlation between penis sizes and genetics.
